Collection when you leave
At the end of the rental we collect the equipment from the same or another address. Need it longer? Tell us 24 hours before collection.
Stroller rental in Istanbul with us takes a few minutes online, and the same goes for car seats, cribs and other baby gear. Nothing is paid in advance: you pay at delivery or by bank transfer, and our own team brings the equipment to where you stay.
1. Choose your equipment
Browse all equipment and compare age ranges, maximum child weight and folded size on each product page. Popular choices are baby strollers, car seats, cribs and travel cots and high chairs. Some items can be added together at a lower daily price, and smart packages combine the items families rent most.
2. Enter your dates and address
Choose your delivery and collection times and enter the full address of your hotel or home. The rental is counted in days of 24 hours: delivery on 1 May at 10:00 and collection on 3 May at 10:00 is two days; collection at 11:00 on 3 May would be three days.
3. See the full price of your stroller rental in Istanbul
The order summary shows the rental, the delivery and pick-up fee, any discount and the refundable deposit before you send the booking. The delivery fee depends on the road distance from our depot to your address. If we cannot price an address automatically, our team tells you the fee before anything is confirmed.
4. We confirm by e-mail
You receive a booking number straight away. Our team checks the details and confirms the equipment and the delivery time. You can follow your booking at any time with Find my booking.
5. Delivery and set-up
On the delivery day we bring clean, checked equipment to your hotel reception, apartment or home. We show you how to fold the stroller or fit the car seat. You pay the rental in cash or by bank transfer, as chosen in your booking, and hand over the small refundable deposit in cash. We deliver to hotels and homes only, not to the airport.
6. Collection when you leave
At the end of your rental we collect the equipment from the agreed address and return your deposit in cash after a quick check. Need it longer? Tell us at least 24 hours before collection and we extend the rental if the item is available.
