Where do you deliver?
To hotels, apartments and homes across our Istanbul service area. Not to the airport.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the road distance to your address and covers both delivery and pick-up.
What time will you arrive?
At the time you choose. Istanbul traffic can shift it by up to about an hour; we keep you informed.
Does someone need to be there at delivery?
Yes, you or someone you authorise, such as hotel reception.
Can I collect and return the equipment myself?
Yes, if you prefer. Then no delivery fee is charged.
Can you collect from a different address?
Yes. If you change hotels, tell us the second address before collection.
